Light, chilled healthy desert with apples, walnuts & cranberries

Recipe Ingredients for Desert Enchiladas

1 Green Apple, chopped
1/4 cup Craisins, Sweetened Dried Cranberries
1 cup low-fat Vanilla Yogurt
1/4 cup chopped Walnuts
2 whole wheat tortillas

Recipe Directions for Desert Enchiladas

  1. Mix apples, cranberries, 2 tbps vanilla lowfat yogurt and 1/4 cup chopped walnuts in bowl.

  2. Portion onto tortillas, roll. Refrigerate for up to one hour. Wrap tortillas in plastic wrap for longer refrigeration.
