Recipe Ingredients for Derek's Stir Fry w/o Rice

3 cups Vegetables, Oriental Stir Fry
8 oz Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tsp ginger, raw
3 cloves garlic
4 tbsp Low Sodium Soy Sauce

Recipe Directions for Derek's Stir Fry w/o Rice

Cut the chicken into small strips. Cook on medium heat with garlic *Careful not to burn garlic like I did ;). When white, add in remaining ingredients. Cook until vegetables are to your liking. Serve over rice.
