Recipe Ingredients for Denver Omlette 4/10/12

3 large Egg, Whole
1 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Red
1 oz Whole Milk
1 tbsp Salted Butter
2 tsp 100% Pure Canola Oil
1 slice 2% Milk Singles Cheese Product
1/4 cup Cheddar Shredded Cheese
3 dash Salt, Table
2 oz Branded Deluxe Ham
1 fresh ground pepper to taste

Recipe Directions for Denver Omlette 4/10/12

Melt 1/2 butter and oil in pan over medium-hight heat. Saute veggies, add ham, keep warm. Preheat broiler to high. Beat eggs, milk, dash of salt and pepper. Heat pan to medium high, add 1/2 butter and oil till bubbly. Turn heat down to medium, add eggs, swirling to coat evenly. When mostly set, sprinkle with cheese, place under broiler and cook until cheese is starting to melt and eggs are fully set. Remove from broiler, fill with veggie and ham mixture. Fold outer 1/3 towards middle, fold opposite side over middle. Place plate over omlette and turn pan and plate over to serve. Garnish with additional cheese and veggies or herbs, salt and pepper
