Recipe Ingredients for Denver Omelet

2 eggs
1 tbsp chopped onion
1/4 chopped sweet red pepper
1/4 cup chopped ham
1/8 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Recipe Directions for Denver Omelet

  1. Saute onion, ham, red pepper in non-stock pan without oil

  2. When onions are golden, add beaten eggs

  3. Stir and continue cooking until eggs are done

  4. Remove from heat

  5. Sprinkle cheese on top and serve
