Recipe Ingredients for Denver Egg Sandwich

0.5 cup Egg Substitute, Liquid
0.33 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Red
0.25 tbsp chopped Onions
1 medium White Button Mushrooms Packaged
0.25 serving Kirkland Smoked Honey Ham
1 serving Oroweat Sandwich Thins Multi-Grain
0.25 serving (kirkland) natural shredded cheddar/jack cheese

Recipe Directions for Denver Egg Sandwich

Dice or slice Onions, Bell Pepper and Mushrooms and place in a microwave safe bowl that will yield a finished product the size of the sandwich thin. Cook on high for 1 min. Add Eggs, 2 slices of ham, cut into squares, salt and pepper to taste. Cook in microwave covered with a paper towel for 3.5 min. on high. Toast sandwich thin. When egg is finished top with small amount of cheese and place between toasted sandwich thin bun.
