Recipe Ingredients for Denny's Feta and turkey Whole wheat Pizza

2 1/4 tsp. yeast
1/2 cup warm water
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. salt
2 1/4 cups whole wheat flour
5 oz Pizza Sauce
6 oz Fat Free Crumbled Feta
130 g jenny o spicy Turkey Sausage
1 cup mushrooms
1/2 cup green peppers
1/2 cup red peppers
1/4 cup Onions
1 cup baby spinach
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1/4 tsp ground black pepper

Recipe Directions for Denny's Feta and turkey Whole wheat Pizza

  1. In a mixing bow combine the yeast and warm water and let stand for 15 minutes. Combine the oil, salt and half a cup of flour. using a mixer with a dough attachment, slowly mix all the ingredients. Mix a half a cup of flour in at a time until all combined and it forms a ball. Set aside and cover with plastic wrap for 45 minutes and let rise.

  2. on a flat surface sprinkle a half a teaspoon of flour. Knead dough down and place on the flat surface. With a rolling pin roll out to a 12 " circle.

  3. Place dough on a 14 " pizza platter. Spread out sauce evenly to the edges. Pread out feta, meat, and spinach,mushrooms, cover and spread out the onions and peppers evenly, sprinkle red pepper flakes and ground black pepper. Preheat oven to 450 and bake for 30 minutes. Remove and let stand for 5 minute. Cut and serve
