16 oz Beef, Ground, 95% Lean Meat / 5% Fat, Crumbles
8 mushrooms Mushrooms, Shiitake, Dried
1 oz Dried Extra Fancy Porcini Mushrooms
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
3 cloves Garlic
10 oz Mild Diced Tomatoes and Green Chilies
8 oz Tomato Sauce No Salt Added
24 oz Signature Recipes Pasta Sauce
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tsp Pepper, Black
1 tsp Pepper, Red Or Cayenne
0.13 oz Sea Salt
13.25 oz Whole Grain Penne

Recipe Directions for Dennis' Double Mushroom Goulash

  1. Saute diced onion in olive oil until tender. Set aside.

  2. Brown ground beef. Seasoned with peppers and salt.

  3. Add onions, garlic, sliced mushrooms, Ro-tel, tomato sauce, and pasta sauce.

  4. Simmer until done. "Your Choice"

  5. Cook penne until done.

  6. Mix penne with sauce.

  7. Serve with bread of your choice. I use Texas Toast.
