Recipe Ingredients for Denna's Mixed Beans

1 pound Great Northern Beans
1 pound Pinto Beans
6 slices Turkey Bacon
10 cups water

Recipe Directions for Denna's Mixed Beans

  1. Rinse and sort Northern Beans and Pinto Beans

  2. Combine beans, turkey bacon, water in large stock pot

  3. Bring to a boil and boil for 10 minutes

  4. Cover with lid

  5. Reduce heat

  6. Simmer until beans are tender

  7. Add more water if necessary
