Banana bread with chocolate swirl

Recipe Ingredients for Denise's Chocolate Swirl Banana Bread

1/4 c butter
1/2 c sugar
1/2 c Milk, Dry, Nonfat, Instant
3 bananas
76 g Greek Yogurt
2 Eggs
2 c Flour
3/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 c chocolate chips

Recipe Directions for Denise's Chocolate Swirl Banana Bread

  1. Cream butter, sugar and nonfat dry milk

  2. Add 3 ripe mashed bananas, 1/3 C yogurt and eggs

  3. Mix flour, baking soda and salt together.

  4. Add to banana mixture.

  5. Melt chocolate chips in microwave. Mix 1 cup of batter into chocolate chips.

  6. Grease pan. Add half of batter to pan. Add Chocolate layer. Put rest of batter on top. Swirl with a knife.

  7. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
