A lower calorie, more filling, veggie-packed pizza - You won't be disappointed. This pizza is packed to the max with veggies, and will fill you more than plain cheese & sauce ever would. For an even lighter option, use both crusts and split the veggie mixture onto both.

Recipe Ingredients for Delicious Veggie Pizza

8 oz. Mama Mary's Thin Crust
2 medium zucchini
1 small onion
1 clove garlic
2 oz. sun dried tomatoes
2 oz. roasted red peppers
2 oz. black olives
1/3 c. extra virgin olive oil
1/3 c. feta
1/4 c. grated parmesan
1 tsp. fresh basil

Recipe Directions for Delicious Veggie Pizza

  1. Chop basil and set aside.

  2. Dice onion, tomatoes, peppers, olives, zucchini, and place in bowl. Mince garlic and add to veggie mixture.

  3. Add olive oil; toss to coat.

  4. Add to sauté pan and cook for 5 minutes, then return to bowl.

  5. Toss with grated parmesan and feta. Add salt and pepper (optional).

  6. Brush pizza crust with remnants of olive oil.

  7. Cover crust with vegetable & cheese mixture.

  8. Bake according to Mama Mary's package directions.
