A very flavourful, high protein, low cal supper. The chia seeds serve to stick the patties together as well as add some fiber, without even knowing they're there.

Recipe Ingredients for delicious turkey burger patties

500 g extra lean ground turkey
45 ml egg whites
125 ml mushrooms, diced
15 ml garlic, diced
15 ml Original Raw Chia Seeds
15 ml ground flax seed
1 tbsp cumin
2 tbsp paprika
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp basil
5 ml sambal oelek
5 ml worcestershire sauce
30 ml barbecue sauce

Recipe Directions for delicious turkey burger patties

Mix all ingredients except barbecue sauce. Form into patties. Brush with barbecue sauce, then grill on the barbecue. Serve with sharp cheddar and salad.
