Darn delicious. It takes a while to cut everything up, but otherwise it's easy -> just stir fry it all in a wok.

Recipe Ingredients for Delicious Thai-Influenced Turkey Stir Fry

1 lb ground turkey
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 cup ketchup
1 cup soy sauce
4 tablespoons brown sugar
1 cup water
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 poblano pepper
2 jalapeno peppers
1 red bell pepper
2 medium red onions
1 large yellow onion
1 tomato
6 cloves garlic

Recipe Directions for Delicious Thai-Influenced Turkey Stir Fry

  1. Cut up all the vegetables however you like 'em.

  2. Mix the red pepper flakes, water, ketchup, soy sauce, and brown sugar completely. This is your gravy.

  3. Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil to a hot wok by dribbling it around the rim. Add the turkey and about 1/2 cup of the gravy.

  4. Sautee the turkey until fully cooked.

  5. Make a hole in the middle of the wok by shoving the turkey to the sides.

  6. Pour another tablespoon of olive oil into the middle of the wok.

  7. Add in the onions and some of the garlic.

  8. Stir around for about 3 minutes.

  9. Make another hole and add the peppers and some more of the garlic.

  10. Stir around for about 2 minutes.

  11. Add the rest of the gravy and the tomato.

  12. Bring the gravy to a boil and let simmer for about 4 minutes or until desired thickness of the sauce.

  13. Serve over rice or noodles.
