Absolutely delicious (and spicy!) stir fry with a touch of Thai flair.

Recipe Ingredients for Delicious Thai-Influenced Steak Stir Fry

1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup ketchup
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/2 cup water
1 tablespoon sweet chili sauce
1 red bell pepper
2 jalapeno peppers
3/4 cup broccoli
1 medium red onion
5 cloves garlic
8 oz steak
3 tablespoons olive oil

Recipe Directions for Delicious Thai-Influenced Steak Stir Fry

  1. Mix the soy sauce, water, ketchup, red pepper flakes, and sweet chili sauce together thoroughly

  2. If steak is not already cut in strips, then do so

  3. Marinate steak in marinade for however long you want. As little as 10 minutes will do the trick, but 4 hours is awesome.

  4. Heat olive oil in wok: First heat the wok for about a minute, then drip 1 tablespoon of oil all around the rim of the wok until you've poured it all in

  5. Immediately add the steak strips (without the marinade, although keep the marinade out for later) and stir fry until *almost* fully browned

  6. Remove steak from wok

  7. Add another 2 tablespoons of oil, again by dripping the oil around the rim of the wok

  8. Stir fry all the veggies until they are cooked (about 4 - 6 min)

  9. Add the steak and the remaining marinade to the wok

  10. Stir fry until the marinade has boiled for about 1 minute

  11. Add over rice and enjoy!
