14 Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1 tsp. Basil, Fresh
1 tsp. Oregano, Ground

Recipe Directions for Delicious Skillet Chicken

  1. Heat oil in skillet.

  2. saute vegetables until softened (about 10 minutes).

  3. Add chicken; cook until no longer pink.

  4. Stir in remaining ingredients and cover.

  5. Simmer until flavors blend (about 10 minutes)
