Recipe Directions for delicious oat meal HUGE SERVING!

  1. Bring 1 cup soy milk and 1 cup water to a roaring boil

  2. stir in 1/2 cup oats reduce heat stirring occasional for 5 minutes

  3. remove from heat cover for 10 minutes stirring occasionally until desired consistency
