Nachos under 500 calories. These nachos have great flavor and the serving size is filling enough to be a main dish. This recipe has 2 servings of chips, 1 serving could be used instead of 2 in order to bring the dish down to 350 calories.

Recipe Ingredients for Delicious Nachos under 500 calories

2 oz Baked! Tortilla Chips
1/2 cup Black Beans
1/4 cup Reduced Fat 4 Cheese Mexican Shredded Cheese
6 tbsp All Natural Medium Salsa

Recipe Directions for Delicious Nachos under 500 calories

  1. One serving of Embasa bottled jalapenos, diced

  2. Two servings of Tostitos Baked Scoops ( can make with only one serving of scoops to reduce calories)

  3. One serving of Sargento reduced fat cheese

  4. Any salsa, based on preference, amount of salsa may vary based on personal liking.

  5. Directions:

  6. Lay chips on a plate, it is good if the chips are all placed scoop side up so the ingredients will land nicely in the scoops..

  7. Sprinkle cheese evenly over the chips.

  8. Distribute beans evenly on the chips.

  9. Drizzle salsa on all nachos.

  10. Sprinkle jalapenos (cut into small pieces) evenly on the plate. Amount of jalapenos may vary based of individual liking.

  11. Microwave for 1 minute and 20 seconds.
