This was a mix of different recipes I found online. I didn't have plain yogurt so used 2 small containers less a tablespoon of Danon's Activia Peach Yogurt, Kellogs bran flakes, and honey instead of sugar. Bake time was 350 for I think about 18 minutes, keep checking it and pull them out when their still a tiny bit moist inside still.

Recipe Ingredients for Delicious and Moist Banana Bran Muffins

3/4 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup Bran Cereal
1/4 cup 2% Milk
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Baking Powder
1/4 tsp Salt
1 Egg
1/2 cup yogurt
1/3 cup Honey
1 Banana

Recipe Directions for Delicious and Moist Banana Bran Muffins

  1. Mix Milk and Bran (Can substitute Skim Milk) and set aside for 2 minutes, mix in the rest of the wet ingredients (yogurt, egg, honey, banana). In separate bowl combine dry ingredients then mix together with wet.

  2. Use a non-stick muffin pan or lightly grease and flour, fill and bake at 250 for aprox 17-20 min, keep an eye on them as I'm not completely sure still how long I baked them for.
