These mini meatloaves are tasty and extremely low in fat.

Recipe Ingredients for Delicious Low Fat Mini Meatloaves

1/4 cup Egg Beaters
3/4 cup Fat Free Milk
1/2 cup quick cooking oats
1 teaspoon salt
1 pound lean ground beef
2/3 cup ketchup
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 1/2 teaspoon mustard

Recipe Directions for Delicious Low Fat Mini Meatloaves

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. In a large bowl, combine the Egg Beaters, milk, oats, and salt. Add the ground beef, mixing well, and put equal amounts of this mixture into each well in a muffin pan.

  3. In a seperate bowl, combine the ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard. Stir thoroughly and spread over each meatloaf.

  4. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
