Recipe Ingredients for Delicious Lima Beans

1.5 cup Frozen Lima Beans
4 clove Garlic
0.5 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Green
0.5 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
1 medium Carrots
0.063 cup Gold Medal Whole Wheat Flour
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 serving vegetable bouillion

Recipe Directions for Delicious Lima Beans

Heat evoo in soup pan add flour and cook until brown. Add vegetable cook until tender, add bouillion along with salt and pepper to taste. Add 2 cups of water stir well and the pre-soaked lima beans. Cook until lima beans tender 20mins - 45 mins.
