1/2 cup white flour
1/2 cup oatmeal
1 cup mashed banana
1 tbsp banana extract
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp baking soda
1 tbsp Baking powder
1/4 cup applesauce
1 egg white
5 Sugar Substitute

Recipe Directions for Delicious Diet Banana Muffins

  1. preheat oven 350

  2. line 12 cup muffin tin with paper cups

  3. simply mix together ingredients and separate into 12 muffin tins

  4. bake for about 15 mins or until toothpick comes out clean
