A medley of peas and corn come together with chicken and brown rice to make a delicious chicken fried rice. Corn would make a good addition

Recipe Ingredients for Delicious Chicken Fried Rice

2 cups brown rice, minute rice
2 cups chicken
2 eggs
2 cup peas
2 cup corn
1 onion
2 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon ginger
4 tablespoons soya sauce

Recipe Directions for Delicious Chicken Fried Rice

  1. Cook the minute rice as directed.

  2. In a separate pan or wok fry the eggs until fully cooked, put aside.

  3. Fry or bake chicken until fully cooked and put aside.

  4. In the wok, saute onions in the oil with the ginger until onions are soft.

  5. Add peas, corn, eggs, and chicken as well as 2 tablespoons of soya sauce. Stir until well coated with soya sauce.

  6. Add rice and remaining soya sauce and stir until everything is hot.
