Just what the title says. This dish with red bell pepper, onion and garlic is absolutely delicious

Recipe Ingredients for Delicious "Cheesy" Broccoli

9 1/10 oz broccoli
3 oz onion
5 1/5 oz red bell pepper
14 g garlic
2/3 cup Rice Shreds

Recipe Directions for Delicious "Cheesy" Broccoli

Mince garlic and chop onion and bell pepper (I just threw it all in the food processor). Sauté them together using a little low sodium veggie broth. Steam cut up broccoli for just a few minutes then add the broccoli to the pan. Season with black pepper, chili powder, Mrs Dash and whatever the hell else you wanna add. Cook for another few minutes, while the broccoli is still bright green. Add the rice shreds and top with 2 tablespoons of nutritional yeast. Remove from heat and wait a few minutes while the "cheese" melts. Add to plate and enjoy!
