This is my alternative to a big, fatty deli sandwich. They don't have the right pastrami on CC so I added mine separately.

Recipe Ingredients for Deli-Style Pastrami Sandwich

1 kaiser roll
1 tbsp dijon mustard
22 g monterey jack cheese
2 slices pickles

Recipe Directions for Deli-Style Pastrami Sandwich

  1. Spread mustard on roll. Layer (from bottom to top) with pickles, cheese, and pastrami.

  2. Wrap sandwich in a paper towel then wrap TIGHTLY in plastic wrap or foil. Place sandwich in refrigerator for at least 1 hour to "marinate".

  3. Remove from wrapping and enjoy.
