Recipe Ingredients for DELI STYLE PASTA SALAD

8 oz Rotini Dry
198 2/5 grams Italian Dry Salami Euro
8 oz Provolone Cheese
4 oz Olives, Ripe, Canned (Small-extra Large)
1 medium raw Onion Red
0.5 cup, chopped Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
1 medium raw(119 g) Bell Pepper Red
0.25 cup Parmesan, Grated Cheese
2 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
4 oz Extra Virgin Olive Oil
0.25 cup Vinegar red wine
1 clove Garlic
1.5 tsp Natural Stone Ground Mustard
1 tsp, ground Basil, Dried
1 tsp Oregano, Ground
1.2 grams Coarse Kosher Salt
1 dash Pepper, Black
1 tbsp Parsley, Dried

Recipe Directions for DELI STYLE PASTA SALAD

  1. IN A JAR WITH A TIGHT FITTING LID, ADD THE OLIVE OIL, RED WINE VINEGAR, GARLIC (MINCED), GROUND MUSTARD, DRIED BASIL AND OREGANO, SALT, AND PEPPER. SHAKE WELL TO MIX AND THEN PLACE IN THE FRIDGE WHILE MIXING THE SALAD.

  2. COOK THE PASTA ACCORDING TO COOKING INSTRUCTIONS. RINSE AND THEN ADD TO A LARGE BOWL. COMBINE SALAMI (JULIENNE), PROVOLONE CHEESE (CUBED), OLIVES (SLICED), ONION (THINLY SLICED), ZUCCHINI (HALVED AND THINLY SLICED), BELL PEPPER (CHOPPED), PARSLEY, AND PARMESAN CHEESE. TOSS TO CONBINE. ADD DRESING, TOSS TO COAT. REFRIGERATE OVERNIGHT. TOSS BEFORE SERVING; GARNISH WITH TOMATOES (WEDGES).
