This is the salad I eat for lunch everyday. I replace turkey with other kinds of deli meat and top with a light dressing.

Recipe Ingredients for deli meat tossed salad

1 1/2 cup lettuce
1 tomato
1/2 ounces raisins
1/8 cup onion
1/8 cup banana peppers
3 ounces turkey
1 ounce cheddar cheese

Recipe Directions for deli meat tossed salad

  1. toss together

  2. serve with dressing (I use either use a light blue cheese or red wine vinegar)
