This is a really tasty low fat meatloaf from Gourmet Nutrition 2.0 book

Recipe Ingredients for delete

1 1/5 lb ground turkey
1/2 medium onion
1 eggs
2 tsp Steel cut Oats
1 1/2 tbsp Honey
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp ground Cumin
1 tsp Chili Powder

Recipe Directions for delete

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees

  2. Dice Onion, mix everything together and place in a loaf pan.

  3. Bake for 35 minutes or until the center is fully cooked.
