Antioxidants, Vit A & C, Thiamin, Riboflavin, Niacin, Folate (Thiamin to Folate: in Anthony's Spaghetti noodles.)

Recipe Ingredients for (Del Monte) Healthy Spaghetti

1/2 lb egg noodles, long
1/2 cup sauce, (spaghetti)
1 pepper, diced
2 slices onion, diced
1/2 cup water

Recipe Directions for (Del Monte) Healthy Spaghetti

  1. Boil water

  2. Add 1/8 salt to water.

  3. Chop onion and pepper.

  4. Start heating spaghetti sauce.

  5. Add 3 small drops of Olive Oil.

  6. Add noodles to boiling water

  7. Add diced onion and diced pepper to spaghetti sauce.

  8. Place noodles in strainer.

  9. Rinse.

  10. Remove noodles.

  11. Turn off sauce.

  12. Place noodles on plate.

  13. Place sauce on top of noodles as desired.
