Tuna with apple, celery and hard-boiled egg

Recipe Ingredients for Dee's Tuna Salad

1/4 cup celery
1/2 cup apple
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tbsp green onion
6 ounce tuna in water
1 large egg
1/2 cup light mayonnaise

Recipe Directions for Dee's Tuna Salad

  1. Chop celery and apple. Slice green onion. Toss in lemon juice.

  2. Hard boil egg. Chop. Add to apple mix. Add tuna.

  3. Add mayo. Toss lightly.

  4. I like to serve in a tomato: Turn tomato upside down, cut 3/4 of the way down into 1/6ths or 1/8ths. Spread open and add the salad.
