Recipe Ingredients for Dee's Smothered Burritos

6 serving Mission Foods, Mission Flour Tortillas, Soft Taco, 8 Inch
16 oz Ground Turkey Lean
1 cup Cheese
20 oz Green Chile Sauce
20 oz Southwestern Refried Black Beans

Recipe Directions for Dee's Smothered Burritos

  1. Brown ground turkey and rinse.

  2. Combine turkey and refried black beans in pan and warm.

  3. On each tortilla spread 1/2 C of the meat/bean misture. Add a spoonful of chili sauce and 2 T cheese.

  4. In 9x9 baking pan spread 1/2 C chili sauce around bottom and sides of pan.

  5. Roll each tortilla and place in pan. Spread remaining chili sauce over rolled tortillas.

  6. Bake at 350 until bubbly - about 20-30 minutes.
