Recipe Ingredients for Deer Chili

20 oz ground venison
2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
64 fl oz tomato juice
15 oz Hot Chili Beans
15 oz Mild Chili Beans
15 oz kidney beans - dark red
15 oz kidney beans - light red
1 medium onion - chopped
70 g McCormick Seasoning Mix

Recipe Directions for Deer Chili

  1. Place ground venison in skillet with chili powder and onion powder. Cook over medium heat until venison is browned.

  2. Place all ingredients, including browned venison, in crock pot and cook on high for 1 hour. Turn down to low and let cook for an additional 4-6 hours.
