Recipe Ingredients for Deep-Fried Green Beans

1 1/2 lb green
2/3 cup light beer
1/2 cup flour
2 tbsp cornstarch
1 3/5 oz canola oil

Recipe Directions for Deep-Fried Green Beans

  1. Add the dry ingredients to the beer and create a batter. Add salt and pepper to taste. Whisk. Let sit for ten minutes.

  2. Heat 2 cups of oil in a deep pan and heat to 375 degrees. Coat green beans in the batter. Using tongs fry green beans in the oil in four batches. Lay on paper towels to absorb oil.
