Changed up a recipe I found in Company's Coming Make ahead meals. Was yummy, stats for bbq sauce may not be right, will have to tweak this a bit for next time!!!

Recipe Ingredients for "Deep Fried" BBq Chicken Sandwhiches

620 g Chicken Breast
1 cup BBQ sauce
85 g red pepper
4 eggs
1/4 cup water
65 g (crushed) corn flakes
1 cup (crushed) rice krispies
14 slices white wonder bread

Recipe Directions for "Deep Fried" BBq Chicken Sandwhiches

  1. Cut up Chicken breast and stir fry until no longer pink inside.

  2. Cut up red pepper and add to chicken.

  3. Add BBQ sauce, cook until peppers are tender and sauce is hot.

  4. Make 7 sandwiches with chicken mixture.

  5. Whisk eggs and water in shallow dish.

  6. Crush cereal and put in shallow dish.

  7. Dip sandwiches in egg, then cereal mixture.

  8. Bake at 325 for 1/2 an hour.
