A surprisingly low-calorie, yet very satisfying, deep-dish pizza recipe.

Recipe Ingredients for Deep Dish Pizza

6 1/2 ounce pizza crust mix
2 ounces tomato paste
6 ounces tomatoes, diced
3/4 c mozzarella, shredded
4 ounce mushrooms

Recipe Directions for Deep Dish Pizza

  1. Prepare the pizza crust per the instructions on the packet.

  2. Combine tomato paste and diced tomatoes. Add Splenda to taste.

  3. Form the crust into an 8" glass pie dish.

  4. Layer on the tomato paste/tomato sauce, and then the mozzarella.

  5. Bake at 450°F for 25 minutes.
