A healthy and low-calorie alternative to cookie cake. As a plus: Gluten-free!

Recipe Ingredients for Deep Dish cookie pie

500 g white beans
1 cup quick oats
1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
3 T canola oil
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
1 cup chocolate chips

Recipe Directions for Deep Dish cookie pie

  1. Blend very well (exept for chocolate chips) in a food processor.

  2. Pour into a greased pan.

  3. Bake at 350F for 35 min.

  4. Let stand for 10 min before serving.
