Recipe Ingredients for Deep-Dish Cookie Pie

500 grams garbanzo beans
1 cup oats
1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
3 tablespoons canola oil
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup chocolate chips

Recipe Directions for Deep-Dish Cookie Pie

Blend everything (except chocolate) very well in food processor. Mix in chocolate and pour into oil pan (10-in springform pan). Cook at 350F for 35-40min. Let stand at least 10min before removing from pain.
