Recipe Ingredients for deconstructed caprese salad

16 oz Mozzarella, Part Skim Milk Cheese
6 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
3 tbsp Olive Oil
3 tbsp Aged Balsamic Vinegar

Recipe Directions for deconstructed caprese salad

Cube up the cheese and the tomatoes and stir together. In a small container with a lid mix together the vinegar and olive oil and shake to combine. Dress the salad and mix well, salt to taste.
