Recipe Ingredients for Deceptively Delicious Couscous

1/2 cup chicken broth
1 cup whole wheat couscous
1 cup yellow squash
1 cup carrots
2 T Premium Spread
1 T grated parmesan
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Recipe Directions for Deceptively Delicious Couscous

  1. Bring broth to boil in medium saucepan.

  2. Turn off the heat, stir in the remaining ingredients. Cover and let stand 6-7 minutes until all the liquid is absorbed and couscous is soft.
