6 serving (Swanson) 100% Natural Chicken Broth 99% FF No MSG
28 oz Stewed Tomatoes No Salt Added
2 serving Tomato Paste No Salt Added
4 cup, shredded Cabbage
1 cup, sliced Onions
1 cup slices Carrots
1 cup Beans, Snap, Green
1 cup, chopped Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
1 tsp, ground Basil, Dried
3 tsp Garlic

Recipe Directions for Deb's Skinny Soup Make Over

  1. Spray pot with non-stick spray, saute onions, garlic and carrots 5 minutes.

  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer 1 hour.

  3. You can add vegetables and seasoning your choice.
