2 carrots
3 red peppers
2 stalks celery
1/2 head cabbage
2 cups kale
1 pound buffalo stew meat
4 cups water
1 large potato
1/2 cup frozen corn
4 cups beef broth
2 tsps oregano
2 tsp bay leaves

Recipe Directions for Deb's red chile buffalo stew

  1. put everything in a large pot, bring to a boil, simmer 1 1/2 to 2 hours, or until meat is tender, salt to taste

  2. note: use 2 whole bay leaves
