Recipe Ingredients for Deb's Better than a Burger Vegan Burgers

15 oz Organic Beans
1 cup Corn, Sweet, Yellow
3 tbsp All Natural Medium Salsa
1 cup Matzah Cake Meal
1 medium (4-1/8" long) Onions, Spring Or Scallions
2 tsp Grill Mates Zesty Herb Marinade
3 1tsp Olive Oil
2 clove Garlic
3 medium Mushrooms
1/2 cup Jasmine Brown Rice

Recipe Directions for Deb's Better than a Burger Vegan Burgers

cook and drain rice, drain veg and rinse, dice veg finely, mince all ingredients together except matzoah meal finely and then add meal gradually until mixture binds and becomes easy to shape. Grill approx 10mins until crisped. Serve in whole wheat pita bread with hummus and fresh spinach with sweet potato fries on the side
