Recipe Ingredients for Debbie's Cookies

4 ounces butter
2 cups sugar, granulated
1/2 cup milk, 1 %
1/4 cup cocoa powder
2 tablespoons peanut butter
3 cups oatmeal, dry
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla

Recipe Directions for Debbie's Cookies

  1. Melt butter or margarine.

  2. Add milk,sugar and cocoa, stirring well.

  3. At med/high heat, rolling boil, cook 2 minutes.

  4. Add peanut butter, vanilla and oats,stirring until coated.

  5. The cookies should be starting to firm up, quickly.

  6. Drop or scoop onto waxed paper.

  7. Cool completely.
