Recipe Ingredients for debbies bolognese sause

450 grams tomatoe sauce
450 grams minced beef
1 clove garlic
50 grams organic tomatoe paste
9 grams vegetable stock

Recipe Directions for debbies bolognese sause

  1. add beef to pot on low heat to gather juices. If you want lean recipe drain beef when brown. Add two cans organic tinned tomatoes. One desert spoon dried oregano. One and half tea spoons of dried (or fresh) basil. Dissolve stock cube in about 100 mils boiling water and add to beef. Add about 50 grams or half tube of organic tomatoe puree or paste. Chop clove of garlic and one finely choped onion and add to ingredients.

  2. For best results bring bolognese to boil then simmer on lowest heat for at least one hour stirring occasionally.

  3. Quick and easy and depending on serving and what you eat it with not too unhealthy.
