Recipe Ingredients for DeAnn's Wheat Pancakes

1 cup wheat
1 cup skim milk
1/2 cup skim milk
2 eggs
1/2 cup applesauce
4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt

Recipe Directions for DeAnn's Wheat Pancakes

  1. Blend 1 cup wheat and 1 cup skim milk on high for 4 min.

  2. Add remaining ingredients and mix.

  3. Cook on non-stick pan or griddle (medium or medium/high heat). Spray with non-stick cooking spray as needed.

  4. Makes 18 small 3.5 inch pancakes.
