Mashed potatoes for those of us who want to have our potatoes and eat them, too!

Recipe Ingredients for Deana's Low-Fat Mashed Potatoes

4 Russet Potatoes
4 oz. Greek, Non-Fat, Plain Yogurt
1/4 cup Skim milk
1 garlic clove

Recipe Directions for Deana's Low-Fat Mashed Potatoes

  1. Peel, Cube and then boil potatoes.

  2. Drain.

  3. Mash potatoes however you choose (Food Mill, Hand Mixer, etc)

  4. Add Yogurt and Buttermilk and mix well.

  5. Add Chopped or pressed garlic clove and mix well.
