A different take on my new standard granola bar recipe. I put it in a 9x9 pan making it thick and hopefully chewy.

Recipe Ingredients for DD Fit Bars V.4

1 cup Kashi Go Lean Crisp - Cinnamon
1 cup rice krispies
1 cup Fiber One Cereal
100 g almonds
1 cup oats
3/4 cup honey
1/4 cup raisins
4 servings Purely Bulk Soya Protein Powder

Recipe Directions for DD Fit Bars V.4

  1. Process all cereals as much or as little as desired.

  2. Mix in nuts & raisins (both chopped or processed as much or as little as you want).

  3. Press into 9x9 pan and bake at 325 or 15 minutes.

  4. Cut into bars and cool.
