Recipe Ingredients for dcgirl's Power Pancakes

1/3 cup of wheat flour
32 grams whey protein
2 tbsp egg beaters
3 tbsp skim milk
95 grams blueberries

Recipe Directions for dcgirl's Power Pancakes

  1. Mix all together. coat a non-stick pan in cooking spray (Pam or something of the like). and pour in the mix, making the size pancakes you would like. when the edges start to cook and are not runny anymore (1-2 minutes) flip them over. cook until done.

  2. I like to slice up strawberries and sprinkle on a little splenda and eat them like that. I really liked them. I also make them the night before and bring them to work the next day and re-heat in a toaster.

  3. Really yummy and only about 200 cals and about 30 grams of protein, zero fat!!!
