Recipe Ingredients for Daytona 500 Sub

16 oz french bread
16 oz chicken breast
1 cup fresh spinach
4 oz fat free feta cheese
2 tbsp olive oil
1 yellow pepper
1/2 onion

Recipe Directions for Daytona 500 Sub

  1. Cut bread in half long wise

  2. Cover each side with 1 tbsp olive oil and sprinkle with 2 oz FF feta and set aside

  3. Thin slice chicken breast to your liking I slice into 2 long slice with filet knife

  4. Cook ckicken with garlic and pepper

  5. Thin slice peppers and onion and plac on baking dish with pam spray and bake until soft

  6. Place bread halves under broiler and brown and melt cheese

  7. Put spinach on each half chicken peppers and onions
