Fried rice using what I can eat on day 3 of my allergy rotation diet

Recipe Ingredients for Day 3 Fried Rice

14 1 Tbsp. peanut oil
117 3 large stalks celery
180 g. ham, deli style
79 g. roast pork
250 g. brown rice , cooked
67 g. snow peas , prepared

Recipe Directions for Day 3 Fried Rice

  1. Saute celery in peanut oil

  2. Add chopped meat, and cook a few minutes more,

  3. Add snow peas (which you have taken the ends off and the strings and sliced crosswise) and cook for about a minute

  4. Add rice and heat through.
