Recipe Ingredients for Davis's Cranberry Chutney

4 oz pineapple tidbits (1 can)
1 cup white raisins
1 lb fresh cranberries
1 cup walnuts, broken
2 cups sugar
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp ground allspice
1/2 tsp cinnamon

Recipe Directions for Davis's Cranberry Chutney

  1. Drain juice from pineapple tidbits and reserve

  2. Mix juice in pot with all other ingredients except pineapple tidbits and walnuts

  3. Cook to boiling, then lower heat and simmer for 25 minutes

  4. Add pineapple and walnuts and refrigerate until read to serve
