Makes 1 serving



I use frozen fruits. Have to try it sometime with fresh fruit. Can add ice to make it cold. Type of fruit can, of course, be altered to personal taste.

Recipe Ingredients for Dave's smoothie

1/2 cup strawberries
1/2 cup papaya
1/2 cup pineapple
1/2 cup mango
1 cup orange juice
1 cup cranberry juice

Recipe Directions for Dave's smoothie

  1. Add ingredients to blender

  2. Blend on high (Frappe)

  3. Pour into glass

  4. Insert straw

  5. Enjoy

  6. Caution: May cause brain freezes if enjoyed to quickly
